SERVICES : Logo design

lo·go (lg)

  • A name, symbol, or trademark designed for easy and definite recognition

Everything begins with the logo... without one you, your business, your organisation or your product don't really exist.

Ok, that's a bit of an over-statement! But logos are serious stuff because your logo is your representative in a very visual world. And your business, product etc will be making an appearance in many different mediums - from business cards, to adverts, brochures to websites, vehicle liveries and building signage, product labels to report covers. And what other common element can be applied to all these items so that your potential customer can easily recognise the material as yours?

The 'quality' of your logo speaks for the quality of the service you provide. A badly conceived logo which has been poorly used will harm your business. It's not a thing to take ill-informed risks with.

A well-designed logo, supported by well-written usage guidelines, will save you a lot of time and money in the future - because a good designer will consider the uses to which your logo will be put and the contexts and mediums in which it will appear. This takes a lot of the guesswork out of your future design projects.
